Days bleed into each other
Like the faucet seeps into the sink
We over think every second
As if we are constantly in the midst
Of a half step away from the brink
And I’d like to think that the mist on the horizon
Settles everything it touches
But we are all looking for the same sense of
Like the faucet seeps into the sink
We over think every second
As if we are constantly in the midst
Of a half step away from the brink
And I’d like to think that the mist on the horizon
Settles everything it touches
But we are all looking for the same sense of
Guidance
Outwards and in
There’s no single way to live
Life could be something
You think you could trace
But chasing lines
Will only leave you astray
That’s why at some point
Everyone decides what type of game
They’d like to play
I play music to guide scattered thoughts
To a single place where the sharp edges
Soften and dissolve
Like pictures overexposed
Memory can be a muse
Or it can be misused and construed
That’s why I need the tunes
To loosen me up and bring me above
The burdens I briskly place on myself
Running from place to place
Staring at our digital life
We move in static motion
Reassuring ourselves
And everyone else
That nothing is truly hopeless
We are just skimming the surface
But if everything is worthwhile
Nothing and no one is worthless
